Who was the host of a cable show featuring a weird blond NY socialite who gives tips on entertaining?

She was rather stiff looking and at times came across as being on happy pills. Her apt furnishings were 60’s, 70’s retro style. She offered decorating tips and how-to’s for cocktail parties, etc. Show was on in the last 5 years or so.

What’s the best non alcoholic drinks when dining/drinking out?

I’m trying to knock alcohol on the head, and was wondering what everyone suggests is the tastiest non alcoholic drink to consume when out on the town or simply dining out?

Does anybody know a good restaurant in Chicago to go late after the theater (at 10 pm) and have dinner?

My parents have come to Chicago and we are going to the theater tomorrow at 7:30. We would like to have dinner after the theater at about 10 p.m. but I am not sure if any restaurant here in Chicago would serve us that late… any ideas?
