What is required when you write a restaurant review? I am starting to cover local restaurants for the school newspaper, but have no idea what I should include in the article. I figure address, hours, price range, but is there anything else I should know? Thanks!

I’m visiting Paris in June and I’m interested in eating in the Eiffel Tower Restaurant in the evening. Has anyone been there? Is it good? worth the money? Any recommendations? What are the prices for drinks like?

what is a good way to start a restaurant review?
