what is a good way to start a restaurant review?

for my english class i need to make a newspaper article and i was going to do a restaurant review. I was wondering if anyone knows a good way to start one. I am doing a restaurant called the Standard Grill (downtown NYC), if anyone knows what it is. Thanks!
