When dining out should a man keep a suit jacket on?

I like smart dress for dining out but never know whether it is ok to take off a suit jacket during the meal. Is there a rule?
Absolutely do NOT take off your jacket at the dinner table.

Babysitting, kinda scared, tips to entertain two girls?

Ok, so I am babysitting a 4 year old and a 7 year old and they are super cute and good kids. Im kinda scared even though I have babysat them once before. Any ideas on how to entertain them? Im really worried >.<
