I have already booked my vacation thru my timeshare. I plan on buying my Disney tickerts with park hopper online. I want to know can I purchase the dining plan as well.
The Dining Plan isn’t available to non guests
The dining plans can only be booked by people staying at Disney resorts. But don’t be sorry, you’re not missing anything. They are not any cheaper than paying as you go, really, and paying cash as you go is a heck of a lot easier to keep track of.

The Disney Dining Plan is available exclusively to guests staying at a Disney Resort. I disagree with what another answerer said: Purchasing the Disney Dining Plan actually saves up to 40% on dining if you use your plan wisely.
