I want to lose weight but when we eat out i eat lots of grease or lots of calories! I don’t like salads! What should i eat when we go out to eat?
I don’t think Mexican food, such as a soft taco, is fattening. Unless, you put on a lot of cheese. Salsa isn’t fattening. Add onions & tomatoes. Stay away from the corn chips though! And the hard taco shell (it’s just one big chip). Another suggestion for you anyway.
eat steamed veggies or white rice you can also eat things like pasta if there is little sauce on it as for meats meat high in protein is also good fish is even better but only if its steamed don’t eat shrimp or lobster they are very high in calories and never eat after 5 also drink 8 glasses of water a day and drink water at night.

Non breaded chicken, or broiled fish. Veggies for a side.
Certain fishes have a high content of mercury, stay away from those (look on line for a full list). Some biggies are Tuna, Shark, and Swordfish. Even those finds of fish are just fine if you don’t eat high mercury counts the rest of the week.

You could order what ever sounds good to you but only eat half of it if it is fattening…then share the rest with someone else or save it for the next nights dinner. Also some restaurants have a low fat menu or special meals so ask about them.

whenever you go out order a sandwich. Also subway is a good choice because they help you try to lose weight and they have sandwhiches their not salads.hope you find what you like!!
