Actually, it is. The one major problem with the Canon is its 1920×1080 high resolution format. It’s a huge battery drain, uses up a lot of storage space, and requires a very powerful computer to edit the footage.

A 1280×720 resolution camcorder however can still deliver an excellent picture, will have a longer battery life, use less storage space, and doesn’t require a super computer to edit the footage.

Unfortunately, the Sanyo’s picture quality ruined any chance it had to be a contender.

guess i got lucky finding this kind of review.

i was looking at that sanyo xacti at first yesterday until i saw the hf 10 ect.

my final decision is this camcorder, the hf 20, thanks a lot for being so informative…hehe
