How much of your budget should you spend on dining out?

Should dining out fall under the "food" or "entertainment" category of your budget? How much should you spend, like what percentage, to stay within a reasonable budget?

i'm a college student so dining out goes under both "food" and "entertainment" since i can't really cook. give or take, i usually spent about 200$ a month on food. if i eat out, its with friends and we share the dish and split the bill so we can save money
