I just starting using Weight Watchers again. I have an old 2007 edition of the Dining Out Companion Book but I was thinking of updating and buying the 2009 book on ebay. Is it worth it? Are there a lot of new places listed or is it pretty much the same?
no… if you go to thedailyplate.com you can find out the nutrition info for any food you can think of… from any restaurant you can think of.
The pattern for losing weight is easy - eat less and move more - the difficulties appear when we really try to put that into operation! There are plenty of stumbling blocks in the real world don’t you think?! The one thing that clearly worked for me was wu-yi tea, it can be checked out in the resource box below, they have a small number of free trials remaining, it has been reported in Reader’s Digest and USA Today. I lost 25 pounds, it clearly does work!

Just use the book from 2007. I seriously doubt that much has changed.
