    most restaurants charge service tax and service charge too (so that you dont have to leave a tip) i havent seen the others so far in my bill..tip can be 5% or 10% of the bill…its never added onto the bill by the restaurant

    Tip and gratuity are the same thing. The only way you pay for utilities is by an increase in the amount charged for your food.
