I’d say a pair of jeans or casual pants, a warm sweater and boots, if you are going to a movie theatre. If you mean theatre as in Shakespeare, maybe a skirt with tights, sweater and boots. Boots are good because they keep your legs warm and there are so many fun styles out there that work with pants and skirts.

how about a typical Jeans, boots and cute fitted top, with a cropped jacket and a skinny, long scarf? that way if it’s cold u can layer up, and if it gets warmer (at the restauarant or something) u can take off the jacket and leave the scarf on for decoration. accessorize w/ earrings and a long necklace.

if u want to dress it up a bit more, wear black pants or some type of "nice" pant, etc. if u wanna wear a skirt, go ahead and wear a mini w/ dark tights under, and definitely layering is in. have fun
