I get really bored at college….suggest me some tips to make classes entertaining….?

I study in a college where i should not talk to girls, not allowed cell phones, not allowed to bunk classes…..Ts really boring for me to sit and take notes during the class hours….can u suggest some ideas or tips?

No jokes please….

Instead of merely sitting and taking notes passively, why not sit up and challenge the lecturer with some questions that will liven up the class for you as well as for the others?

Get involved with the topic! Read up a bit on your own! [Ask the lecturer the topic in advance: that should keep him/her also on her toes!]

Your present college activities (Talking to girls, using cell phones, bunking classes) are all the boring, well-worn things that have already been explored by thousands of other students before you.
Be innovative: do something which will not only shake up the class but also benefit you in the long run.

Depending on the subject [History-- make some notes from Google, download charts/ pictures and surprise the class. If the subject is Engineering, check out www.howstuffworks.com, and see graphical pictures of a Radar, Sonar, or the working of a car's carburettor.] Shock your teacher out of his wits!
You will become the best student + be most interesting to the girls! How about that??

Finally, to make classes "entertaining", don a joker’s hat and start cracking jokes! You will surely entertain!

    Hi
sadly today the young as you are have extremely short attention span, its to do with the adverts on the television they have made young people unable to concentrate on the issue at hand it should be easier without the interruptions of the mobile phone, or a flickering screen.
yes get on with the learning process, as one day it will mean a lot to you.
high pass rates mean better qualifications which means a better place in a better university.

The alternative is a poor boring job for a lot longer than the few years spent at school or college.
in fact forty years of boredom.
Or very little income to be able to afford the better things in life.

I have taught Engineering, Naval warfare, and English to college students.
Never were my classes boring to anyone— least of all, to me!
