I know! I was totally crushed! You know when you really really have an urge for a certain food? That was me that day, and I was do disappointed. BUT I will say, many people in Korea have given us advice regarding better Thai food restaurants so we’ll have to visit them.

We’re comparing it …
We’re comparing it to the experiences we have had with Thai restaurants in Toronto (Canada).

For example, you can’t call it curry without curry powder, and you can’t call it dukboggi without red pepper paste. In this case, this food was lacking typical Thai spices: lime, cilantro, and chillies.

Considering Korea is closer to Thailand than Canada is, I was disappointed not to have these flavours in my dish.

i just wonder…are you guys comparing this restaurant with a thai restaurant in Thailand or a thai restaurant in Canada?
cuz im pretty sure that those exotic resturants in you country must have been localized as well…ah, yes, this review is supposed to be for westerners. then what authenticity are you talking about? you mean, the authenticity of thai food in north america? well, i like your vids so much, i just found it’s kind a funny you guys talking about THAI food’s authenticity.

hey guys when u go to hyundai baekajum ummm on the top level do NOT i repeat DO NOT go to restaurants that dont have a lot of people in it lol go to the ones that have bookings and people waiting outside since those are ones people like (they dont lie *logic!*) just a tip… when u see a lot of ppl ur likely in a good place

That pad thai does …
That pad thai does NOT look like the pad thai I know. The pad thai I love (in Toronto, of course!) looks and tastes a lot better than that.
