   Are you a writer? What is your demographic (for whom are you writing)?
   Are you knowledgeable about food, preparation, service, decor?
   Most of all, what do you like/dislike and why do you like/dislike it?
   Can you inform and entertain?

   One that is honest about the food, the cleanness of the restaurant and if the food is given on time and if it’s cooked too long and how long the wait was for the food.

   taste, how its plated (how it looks) , creativity, quality (warm or cold, any issues)
   Service
   Was the staff nice, did they fill your water, leave you waiting for check or anything to long ect
   atmosphere, was it nice inside any touches like fresh flowers ect… a
